Usually, the fun comes not from the product, but the ridiculous way it is being advertised....Used Toilet Paper, Mammograms given at the local Gas Station, Plumbers with "Your Hole Is Our Goal" as their tagline.These little boxes of information always make us laugh, even though they might not always get us into the store or request service from their company. Many advertisers must have their sales people writing these ads; no copywriter would last more than a day if they published this. These ads are plastered primarily in the newspapers. The magazines and menus rank very close behind. Funny print ads and even funny car ads are fair game. I would like to meet the folks who write these descriptions of their products.
