These folks got fat the old-fashioned way...by eating (or drinking)way too much.
They're not aware of this fact based on their dress, swimsuits and costumes.
This condition of being heavy must be universally set in the eye of the beholder. My two girls are 98 and 110 pounds soaking wet. Even they sometimes say they're fat.
Me, I just hit the 300 pound mark on my scales. I agree with my Mom, "You're just big-boned." My wife says, "There is more to love." My kids say, "Dad, you're not too heavy, just too short." I say, "Great, can we talk about this over lunch?"
